Toe ring tattoos over the years have become more and more popular. People have always loved accessorizing their feet with toe nail polish, ankle bracelets, rings, etc. Toe ring tattoos have become the up and coming trend and from what I can see, are here to stay.
The tattooing of a toe ring can offer a lot of advantages over a traditional ring. Let us examine the differences between the two and see if we can’t figure out why this trend is becoming increasingly popular.
1. Comfort – Have you ever had experience with a toe ring that was just simply uncomfortable? No matter how cool it looked you just couldn’t get over the discomfort that it would cause you? Welcome to the club. Toe rings can be extremely uncomfortable but as people we are willing to deal with the discomfort as long as we get the body image boost we need. The tattooing of a toe ring can accomplish the look desired without the discomfort making them a very viable option.
2. Labor – With a regular toe ring just like any piece of jewelry you have to clean it on a regular basis. With a tattoo no labor is required except your normal routine of taking a shower. Sure you will have the little maintenance to do after first getting your tattoo but that is to be expected. After that, you will never have to worry about cleaning the jewelry and putting it back on.
3. It’s Permanent – Yes I know, quite the obvious statement but it deserves to be said. Once you get a toe ring tattoo it is indeed permanent. This is significant because how often have you found a toe ring that fits you perfectly? In my experience this has never happened. Generally I buy one that is a bit larger and end up losing it at some point. Walking on the beach, playing volleyball, running in saddles, you name it. It is also worth mentioning that because a tattoo is permanent you never have to worry about losing it. Many people take off their jewelry either to clean them or because it’s causing discomfort. Once it’s off you have to remember two important things. 1. Put it back on 2. Keep track of where you placed it. Toe ring tattoos eliminate these impediments because once again they are permanent.
With what we have just outlined it looks as though we can draw the following conclusion: A tattoo can accomplish everything that a normal toe ring can but without discomfort, labor, worrying about losing it, and worrying about if it’s on in the first place.
